About Our Phototherapy Program

The Perfect Push provides hospital-grade in-home phototherapy delivered by ARNPs, RNs and IBCLCs. We use advanced Skylight™ and NeoLight™ phototherapy systems to ensure safe, effective bilirubin reduction. Our team coordinates closely with pediatricians to provide rapid, evidence-based treatment.

How to Refer a Patient

Providers may submit referrals through our secure online Phototherapy Referral Form HERE. Once received, our team will immediately contact the family to coordinate care.

After-Hours Referral Protocol

Referrals submitted after 4:00 p.m. require a phone call to the clinic to ensure timely coordination of same-day treatment when appropriate.

What Families Can Expect

Families receive full equipment setup, safety training, feeding and hydration monitoring, daily weight checks, and 24/7 instructions for reaching our team with concerns.

Medical Scope

Our ARNPs prescribe medications for lactation-related and postpartum conditions when clinically appropriate. We do not prescribe narcotics and do not prescribe medications for infants. We coordinate all infant medical decisions with the pediatrician.

Insurance & Billing

Insurance for lactation consulting and phototherapy will be available February 2026. We do not accept insurance for postpartum care, newborn care, newborn care specialist support, or doula services. We accept FSA/HSA cards.
