What is your turn around time?
Our rulers are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to 8-10 business days to be processed and packaged before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Once you type in your shipping address at checkout, you'll be informed of the shipping charges.
Please note that ALL international purchases are FINAL. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Any items returned to The Perfect Push due to failure of custom or import fees paid, will not be refunded
I have placed my order, what is the next step?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given that we have been provided with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through.
Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available. **Please NOTE that not all of our shipping times are guaranteed.
When will PREORDERS ship?
All preorder timelines are specific to the date and product purchased. You can find preorder shipping estimates under the product page, during the time you make your purchase.
